ETHICAL IMPLICATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract
In this article, we will take a closer look at the evolution of artificial intelligence over the years, its applications, and the ethical challenges facing this field. As AI continues to advance, it has the potential to significantly change many aspects of our lives, making them more efficient, convenient, and personalized. However, this also raises important questions about the ethical and societal implications associated with its use. When developing ethical standards for artificial intelligence, it is crucial to consider diverse perspectives to account for cultural and societal differences and to avoid potential negative consequences such as exclusion, misuse, and violations of rights. Stakeholders are actively working on developing guidelines and codes of conduct, as well as creating oversight institutions and mechanisms aimed at enforcing ethical standards in the field of artificial intelligence.
